WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR PAYMENT IN ANY FORM OTHER THAN DIRECT DEPOSIT TO OUR NOMINATED ACCOUNT
COLLECTING INFORMATION (1)
(1a) Campfire Productions or any agent operating on their behalf may in the course of our work request the following information;
- Names (Including First and Surname) of only those who are directly involved in the course of our work.
- Email Addresses of only those who are directly involved in the course of work.
- Business or venue addresses that are required for the course of work.
- The phone number of the primary point of contact for the hiring party.
(1b) Campfire Productions or any agent operating on their behalf may not request any information that is not related to the course of work.
STORING OF INFORMATION (2)
(2a) Campfire Productions observes and adheres to all relevant regulation according to the Privacy Act 1988. All data is stored in line with recommendations made by The Australian Signals Directive. For more information about how your data is stored, contact; admin@campfireproductions.net
(2b) Some information is stored for different periods of time following the hire period or course of work. The information and retention periods can be found below;
- Primary contact point First and Last Name - May be retained for up to 12 months after the conclusion of the course of work.
- Primary contact Email Address - Will be retained indefinitely.
- Primary contact Phone Number - May be retained for up to 12 months after the conclusion of the course of work.
No other collected information will be retained after the conclusion of the course of work.
The hiring party retains the right to request any/all information be erased from storage at any time.
